His name is King Chubster, due to his chubbiness XD he floats around in a bubble most of the time. Looooonggg story behind it....he rules over a whole kingdom of fluffy flying bubble kittens XD
He doesn't have his crown in this picture though...now I feel like drawing more of him x3
