You know, I think that drawing fanarts of people's RWBY cosplay photos is just my thing c:
some of them are so good I just can't resist

This drawing is based on this cute Ilia cosplay by saphraen on Twitter!

I saw this awesome photo long ago without any credit, so recently I had to spend half an hour of aggressive searching for the person who made it XD I don't have a Twitter account, but I hope this drawing can reach a cosplayer one day and maybe make her smile!

ABOUT FANARTS OF THE COSPLAYS:
Although I do admire the hard work of professional cosplayers, there's usually no fun redrawing an amazingly detailed cosplay where everything is just perfect and professionally shot. I mean, it'll be just like a fanart of a character itself, and not of a cosplay.
What really moves me is seeing pictures of people just enjoying themselves in their cosplay and having fun inside a community. Of course, it's pleasant to see them lacking any flaws and through high-quality photos, but it doesn't have to always be like that. It's the ideas and pure emotions that make these photos truly special to me.

And with this world that is obsessed with perfection, I have to say that
you don't have to be perfect to enjoy what you do

and i enjoy what you do
