Thank you! I'm really glad you asked, because it's all about symbolism actually. The wing itself is sure a beautiful and unusual thing to have, but in the end it is still useless, cause you can't fly with only one. Moreover, it often seems like something unnecessary and odd. So the main idea is about unwanted personal feature or imperfection in general, I guess.
