--History--
Not Much is really Known About Vocal as the Original Host, but evidence shows that Vocal was once living inside a Stable-Enclave Inhabited Zone (Stable 35), working as the Enclave's Weapons Technician and one of the Stable's favoured Entertainer. She was also known for exposing Secrets of the Enclave with a Frequency Radio (Hence the Titles "Frequency 17 and The Whistleblower), sending the information given to any Possible PipBuck users in the wasteland. Vocal was caught right after exposing a very crucial part of the Enclave 7 months later, risking her life just to send this information to a Raider Leader, also Saying goodbye to Midnight from the radio as she was stabbed to death.

The Enclave made a mistake of tossing her body in the wasteland, Stable Scientists brought her back and Secretly Preserved her Body just in case, and a year later her Body was finally used for a Deceased Dashite Member: Midnight Roseline Cloud. Midnight's Mind and Soul was Transferred to her Body, some Scavengers retrieved what was left of Midnight, which was one of Midnight's eyes and her Pipbuck, they replaced Vocal's eyes then transfered Midnight's, the Stable Engineers made a Cybernetic Eye for the other eye with a built in S.A.T.S. She woke up in the middle of the Enclave killing everypony in the stable due to them knowing that they were going to Retrieve A Dashite back, She foresaw an Enclave eliminating the two Doctors whom took care of her, out of rage she grabbed a glass shard then stabbed the Enclave soldier through his throat, She left the stable without any trace with a Saddlebag filled with a canteen and an Apple including Vocal's Weapon: The Comatose.

--Personality--
Before Death: She appears to be a Smart, honest, and Kind mare whom her honesty was tested because of Exposing The Enclave's Secrets, followed her Death. She seem to have an Interest in Mares.

As Roseline: Ironically Similar to Vocal's personality, in addition to be very Serious and Silent at times, having a high colourful Profanity, and having the same Interest of Lockpicking as Littlepip. Her Depression however seem to be Critically high, often making attempts on Suicide. Like Vocal herself, she also seem to have an Interest in mares.

Midnight does collect a Large array of Weapons, but some of it she had given away or accidentally dropped along her Journeys.

Comatose(Sidearm) - An Experimental .44 Magnum Revolver made by Vocal Chord herself, with the Modification of an HE Bullet Remote Detonator Switch (The small lever like thing on the side near the latch), It can take both Normal .44 Magnum Rounds and the High Explosive Variant. In one side of the Cylinder, it has the word "Comatose" on it.

Nightstalker - A Unique, Black Coated Scoped Hunting Rifle retrieved after 'stealing' it from a Sniper Raider, it has crude markings engraved on the Wooden stock, which stands for "OC Wintergreen" Which is the override code of Stable 326 within the Arctic.

Stalliongrad's Vodka(Primary) - A Pre-War Militia Assault Rifle retrieved inside the Ruins of Stable 65's Armory. Origins are that this Assault Rifle was firstly Made in Stalliongrad and was modified by Vocal herself, it is a modified AK-47 with an Adjustable Stock, Ironsight Adjustments, and a Bayonet.

Bloody Mary - A Unique, Blood stained Sword retrieved inside Stable 326's Armory.It is said if stabbed with it and survived, the victim will have everlasting nightmares that could cause the victim to fall into insanity.

You know me, I love Fallout Games, And What makes it better is Fallout Equestria
Took me 2 DAYS and 7 TRIES just to make this ^^' I had trouble of making this Storyline and a Good Colour Scheme (Which took me a day to decide), The Second day I made most of the artwork in place, which only took me 3 and a half hours, but hey, I made it, haha.
