I figured I'd already vectored it anyways for this: [link]
So I just did a quick re-colour, added the wings, fiddled with the eyelashes, and VOILA! Enjoy.

Glad someone did the original expression! I modified it so it wasn't quite what was on the show, so it's nice to see another facial expression available for people to find/use.
