So this is Manhattan, 's character. She said that I should try drawing either Manhattan or Prysion sometime. Well, I chose Manhattan, cause she looks so awesome. I've been wanting to draw her at some point anyway, and so now here she is!~

I hope you like Nep! Manhattan was such a fun one to draw! And yes I know she doesn't have her wings, but I couldn't draw them in right. Plus she looked awesome this way, so I decided to keep it that way it was. I also think I messed up on her colors a bit. :/ Oh well, I think she has a nice shade of blue on her here!
