Edit: (July.23.09):Redid the entire project on a separate file and sorted stuff out. Added a few more artists, changed the rules, and fixed a few things here and there that bugged some people.
It's like past 2 AM. I must really care or something. ;D

No, not that. That would be the easy part :c
There's something about the distribution laws and whatnot? Paperwork, mostly, but I hear it's nearly impossible for someone to complete all that without someone or some company standing behind you. Mostly because nobody wants to invest time or money in someone they know nothing about :c
There are companies that help you, but some take huge chunks out of whatever you make (one I found takes about 40%--which is a huge chunk)

This is a lovely idea... I'm glad you are getting so many artists... one day hopefully I'd be able to join... but for now I'm not confident enough to take commissions in deviant that are not for dress up games...
Anyway... The shop is very nice... I really like the layout, very complete, pretty and easy to use...

May I ask you a question? Until now I only taken commissions of dress ups for some websites, I don't think I'm ready to take chibi, pixel art commissions or anything else, still I'm not sure what criteria to use to think one's ready to do so... how did you decided (If one may ask) that you were ready to take commissions?

Hmm~ to tell you the truth tho, I didn't really ever do art commissions. Still debating on it myself ^^ ;
But I guess people start commissions once they feel confident enough? I guess sometimes it's the fear of not getting any commissions? But I think once you feel ready and confident enough, you feel like starting ^^
