Hello!
♥This is the first draft of picture I'll draw as a gift for my friends(the same one inspired me to draw most of art recently)
Those color thingy in the sky is balloons, yeah, many of them. There are many thing to polished though(But come to think of it, these childish brushstroke is also portray the innocence of this picture so good)
Final version coming soon!

Looking more closely, this scene reminds me a bit your "After School " artwork, in a different style...
