Love the use of colours and textures, especially in the eye, ears, mane, tail, and grass. The way in which you portrayed lighting is also done excellently, and the composition is quite nice too. A suggestion for a future piece like this would be to make the canvas longer, and perhaps add a few more trees in the foreground that wind up cut off so as to give the impression of there being more to the scene. However, all in all this is a wonderful and refreshing piece of art.
