waves good bye to winter and welcomes spring with one last snow painting until next winter. Got my boys Yellow Rose and Radar Love playing together in the snow, they get along great and have plotted many a take off the blankets and see who can come in muddier contest much to the staffs dread. we some how managed to keep them clean enough for a photo shoot and i may have to do a followup mud picture of these two.....~~~~~~~~~
heart shape on chest of radar love was a design idea brought to you by Agent-Q-Amalgamation viewed in Glowin Love that i am implementing from here on out.

yeah, i had a minor i want to paint snow but how moment last year when i started doing horses in snow scenes and i found this youtube video on watercolor landscapes very helpful. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSkfe-…
i also went off on my own and used liqiud masking fluid to create highlights in the foreground and give the snow more shape and of course threw horses into it.
