updated the map and figured I should just replace the old one much of it is the same with a few changes. mainly the shape of the surrounding property and the color... the previous hues of green were driving me nuts. this is much, much better.

Here is the lay of the land... not sure how many acres it would be...and its not exactly to scale for some parts though I did my best...

from the edges in and counter clock wise ( bottom left, across, up, top right, down reapeat and further in creating a spiral)

Trails. one goes around the entire property and to
the front gate and another meanders up a hill and back
down to a creek, then one can either head out to go around
the property or head back to the trail gate( at the end of the large boarding pasture to the left of the drive way).

Mares main pasture ( right of the drive way)

Boarders individual turnout pastures

3 Boarder group turnout pastures, the smaller ones
can hold up to four horses and the large one up to ten

Boarding Barn 26 stalls and a 70' x 112' arena three
heated wash racks , a tack room and feed room there's
also an office with stairs that go to two
apartments for on sight staff or visitors

Mares Barn 20 stalls 6 of which are foaling stalls.
Two heated wash racks, a tack room and feed room
and an office that has stairs that go up to two small
apartments.

Storage Barn 21 stalls two heated
wash racks and a tack room has an up stairs with six
rooms for visitors each room has king size bed, bathroom
and kitchenette

Quarantine barn 8 stalls

Manure/compost pile

The pump house/ water filtration and treatment
Water reservoir ( water is collected from all the roofs via gutters and gets piped to the reservoir)
The breeding paddock. ( doubles as a quick horse is in way need to clean stall turn out)

The stallion barn 20 stalls, a feed and tack room
Second stallions barn 11 stalls 1 wash rack
