Cherry found that sculpting what Thistle liked would increase her chances of winning, in this case she made a head bust of Thistle. It seems to be working.

I'm a little ticked off because only the last day of last week did I realize that magic classes were to be "polished pieces" now, like independent magic, and that totally threw off my schedule because I had almost zero time to make it "polished" which is why last week's turned out so bad, so this week I knew ahead of time and was able to do more, but I wish there had been an announcement somewhere announcing loud and clear about the switch, because one of the appeals of magic classes for me was that it didn't HAVE to be polished, and it's hard to find time to do that under a deadline. But I'm doing it because I'm not wasting that magic ticket that I got at the trading post using hard earned Novas, but in the future I'm only going to do magic classes if there's an upgrade that requires them. I'm not so mad at the fact that they switched to doing "polished pieces" for magic class, as I am that it was only mentioned in tiny print at the bottom of the journal of the first week AFTER your 'gro was signed up. If there was something somewhere announcing the change besides this, I must have missed it, because I had no idea.
PLEASE make it easy to know if there are any other major changes in the future, because it's really hard to rearrange your schedule when you've got a life outside the Internet.

I'm not super mad about this, but a little annoyed, and I get that running a group is hard with a bunch of members and stuff, but please. Help me out. And if there's an important factor to all this that I missed PLEASE let me know, so I understand the situation better.
