Question, How would you go about changing the color of the line-art and coat on Sai? I've never used bases for Sai, and it would be helpful. Since the Line-art is not a separate layer from the coat, I can't use my regular method.

How do I download it? Whenever I click the download link it just sends me to the picture on another page

That download is for the vector, if you want the vector right click on that page and save page as svg only (which is a vector file type), otherwise if you just want the png the full size is provided as the deviation shown here, just right click on it and save image as and then you will have it ^^
