What would he think when he saw how much like Buster they looked? If she had hated them for it at first... how much more might he?

It couldn't be helped now. Angel inwardly braced herself.

"This little noisemaker is Jinx." Moving to lay down alongside the other pup, Angel gently drew Misten in until he was snuggled in the crook of her foreleg. It seemed the boy had wanted nothing more than for his sister to be quiet; he was asleep again by the time Angel had withdrawn her paw from him. "And Mr Sleepy here is called Misten."

She determinedly didn't look back up on the pretense of checking over the pups once more. Possibly, Scamp would take the whole thing in his stride - but she wasn't sure how good the odds on that would be. Momentarily, however, she addressed him again; hesitantly, almost as if asking his permission for their continued existance.

"So, what do you think... Uncle Scamp?"

It was only natural that Angel, as the character I've had from DWoW's day one, be the subject of the first picture. And I couldn't think of any more significant introduction than her introducing her half-brother to the pups born of Buster's seduction of her.

Well, for not having drawn Scamp in ages...
I may have put his cast on the wrong leg, though; I couldn't remember which it was on.
