Hmm…

That looks interesting.

I click it and it comes up,

"Loon!"

I swivel in my chair to find my younger sister in her disheveled pajamas, her long, bed-headed light brown hair sticking everywhere.

Her arms hug her precious teddy bear tightly to her small frame.

Her bottom lip quivers and her eyes are filled with tears.

"Loon!"

"Carmen, what's wrong?"

I hurry to her side and place my hands on her shoulders, kneeling down to take a good look at her.

"Wendy's not feewing well!"

Inwardly, I relax, but I gasp aloud.

"Oh dear! Shall we get her some medicine?"

Her eyes light up and she smiles.

"Weally?"

I smile back and tap her nose in a scolding manner.

"If Wendy's not feeling well, then don't you think we should get her back into tip-top shape?"

"You're wight!"

She squeals happily, jumping up and down. I shush her.

"Quickly, we've gotta put her back to bed if she's going to get better. Go on ahead, I'll be there with the medicine."

Her face immediately goes serious, and she nods sharply, running out of the room.

I chuckle and return to the computer, opening up a Word Document.
