Doragon Boru fanart ! (The Original Japanese Dragon Ball, NOT Dragon Ball Zet and not dubbed in English, NEVER !)

BULMA was driving the RainyGreenTrabant through the Makafushigi Wonderland looking for the "Doragon Boru" when suddenly something or someone stopped her in her tracks and she was forced to get outta the car with the beeping Dragon Radar at her waist ! ! ! WHO Is this new encounter ? Is he a dangerous enemy who will do nasty, hentai stuff to Bulma, is it just the police who stopped her for speeding or could it be an extremely dangerous enemy who is looking for the Dragon Balls for himself ?

Also: What's happening with Goku...Where is he and what is he doing.....Is he going to come meet and save Bulma if needed ???
