This scene is not in any episode. This just my own idea. If there's any episode similar with it, I only remember this one where young Uryuu asked Ryuuken about shinigami and quincy, the scene shows Ryuuken in his lab coat reading a book, probably it take place in the hospital since Ryuuken is the owner (as far as I remember).
