Is that tiny plushie attached to each weapon going to be your mascot or something?
The pose seems a bit weird to me, the left leg seems a bit too long and the foot is in an akward position. If you could remove the impression that the foot was on solid ground, the position would look a lot more natural.
Right now her foot couldn't possibly be in that position if her leg is in that angle. Letting her stand on her toes is another possibility.
Love all the details like the hairpin and such
