This is, as you can probably tell, still semi-WIP. I'm debating whether or not to line it and do a full coloring...I'm also starting to develop a bit more of my own style, and it's becoming more regular rather than fluctuating so much. As alway, constructive criticism is REAALLLY appreciated. I need all the help I can get...so, what do you guys think?

This one has a lot of potential and your color choices are good. However, I second that the sketchy face detracts from it. The blurry lines make it seem out of focus, and you have proper lines in other places so there's no reason for the most important part (face) to seem unclear! The same goes for the hands, they could use some crisper lines too. But anatomy-wise and such it's looking good.

The color sceme is absolute adorable for the character and compliments her quite well. The cheery face and fun loving expression adds to the impact as well. The only problem I see are the sketch lines and some color that doesn't quite stay in the lines. Wither than that, I think this looks great!

As for constructive criticism:
Is her kimono meant to be tight? Because the way the breasts are emphasized, it appears that they're being squished in lol
I would question the arrangement on the skirt but by the looks of it that it's intentional lol (not info'd on my vocaloids much)
The tights are a very sexy touch on her lol i've honestly never seen them paired with a yukata, it's pretty hot xD
With all that in mind, I shall add you to my watch now. You have a lot of potential to grow further and I wanna be witness to that when it happens *v*

I think it looks great, but a background could probably help it a bit. Possibly a simple one that more highlights the character than overshadows it. I like the sort of watercolor-ish coloring. The outfit reminds me of the furisode girls from Pokemon X and Y, and they were all very beautiful both in their clothing AND their looks. She is also quite cute as well.
And one more kinda random thing.... What's with that 3 on her breast? It reminds me of Neliel Tu Odershvank from Bleach, who is one of my favorite characters. Except her 3 is huge and on her back instead. And that made sense since she was the original number 3 Espada. I mean, that is one way to attract attention to that specific area, but wouldn't people look there regardless? I'm just curious as to why its there.

Thanks for the critique! I'm planning on lining it and doing a neater coloring... so im looking for ways to improve it. I don't know what im going to do for the background yet to be honest... something gradient-ish I'm thinking. Anyway, thanks.

Anyway, I was actually drawing Megurine Luka, the vocaloid. In different representations I've seen the 3 placed differently, but with this particular costume, it was placed on her bust so i went with that.
