AboutRe-upload (and re-recolour) of the coloration I did back in March 2007... it got +1k faves on my old account, 19k views and ~100 comments... nevertheless I was not proud of it, since I think many people just don't understand what happened in this piece.
Since I have no idea where the original comes from, it might be deleted by dA again, like some other pieces on my old account, too. But oddly enough the favourite ones always survived.
Please read!To make it 100 % clear: I did NOTHING in this artwork except adding colours. It was black-white before. I don't know this woman, neither and unfortunately I know the one, who took this picture. I even forgot where I found it, seriously.
If anyone knows the artist, please let me know.

wow, okay put on the spot for a second...okay.
I suppose the most amazing thing is the light colours, whenever I've seen coloration's before, the hair is normally done as brown or black and more effort goes into applying the skin tone colour, whereas you have no only made the hair Pink, you have shown the reflective qualities as it mixes with the background light, it's amazing.
I don't think anyone could truly appreciate the amount of effort needed until the black and white is shown though, why don't you upload it as scraps as a representation only?
