Well you see in Naruto, ninjas from different villages have headbands with symbols representing what village they hail from. Gaara, the red-headed guy, is from the village of sand.
For some reason, the sand village's symbol looks like an information symbol i. You know, like the ones you see on road signs. Or maybe it isn't, but that's what I thought. X3
