Ok first off, this pacohontas sketch looks amazing, amazing detail on the face by the way.
Now You don't seem to have a problem on shading or details, as also seen in your other art piece, but I think you're weakness is the arms and correct perspective on how to do them. I do suggest on look real photos on doing that pose or really any sketch that has that pose and try to deconstruct it. It might help you in a long run.

now another thing I want to point out is the lips, now there's nothing wrong with it, the problem is that pocohontas looks like smiling but the adding that smile and the way the eyebrows are drawn it just look like Pocahontas is having aneurism.
Also added note: try not to let the arms looks like it's squeeze to the size, it just looks like she's squeezing her body.

But other than that I have no qualms with your artwork. OWO>

I hope that I shall know how to say the way i feel by seeing your drawing because I consider myself rather bad judge as regards the art, each having his own style
In any case, I like very much the way you interlend Pocahontas. She is really very cute!
Lines are soft, colors chosen also!

I shall maybe have chosen a color more darkened as its lashes, so as to cut little and highlight the eyes, and by darkening just a little her hair. That would rock a little the color of its garment and would more highlight the color of the skin

I have not looked yet if you already tried, but maybe that by choosing textured brushes, it could give a little more style also?
Not that it is smooth, far from there, (I shall like to reach this level!)
I hope that you will not take badly all that I say, I am rather awkward, I admit it.

In any case I like really very much this style, and I am delighted to discover your gallery.
