Done for 's Anthro Mashup contest pixlphantasy.deviantart.com/joβ¦I mixed a lizard andΒ a bison.
This was done in Daz Studio 4.8 and rendered in Iray. The creature is a Genesis 2 Male with the Lizard 6 body and the Minotaur 6 legs, horns, and tail.

They're not. The program itself is free, but the models and plugins are not free. It does come with a few basic models though, so you can try some small scenes to see if you like it.
