You'd think the fact that Chip's face is completely flat would tip Ellis off that its not a costume, but nope.This is like a Saturday morning cartoon okay no one notices anything important until it can be used as a dramatic plot twist.
Ellis is a cutie-patootie and I can say that because he is not my character and belongs to ~TsundereSymmetry .
