I see one thing that looks wrong: the buttons on the bottom aren't really "buttons." They're actually just part of the screen, and Android OS displays them as needed, just like on the tablets (introduced in Honeycomb). Your image looks like they're separate from the screen, when in fact they're part of the screen, and a widescreen movie (and some games, etc) will use that part of the screen and the "buttons" disappear.
