You mean Jav's?Β I've seen it - he did a great job with that one and I especially like the pose.

I've got a lot of unfinished and planned models on my plate right now, and I may be doing some request builds soon too.Β So if I make it, it probably won't be for a while.

I can't wait until they make his primal form as a papercraft.

Somebody will, sooner or later.Β I've seen the model, and it doesn't look like it would be that difficult to edit.

Yeah, but some people don't have a clear plastic/ paperish material for the fins. Luckily I do.

Yeah, it's the translucent parts that always get you.Β That's why there probably never will be models of mons like lampent or reuniclus.
But in the case of primal kyogre, the fins aren't perfectly translucent, so they can probably be done just fine with paper.

Maybe for people who don't have the transparent material needed, there could be a fin design that isn't clear and just has the design of the fin? And for us lucky individuals they can have a file with the inside, energy parts, and the parts of the fins that can be traced onto the clear material.

It could work, but speaking as a designer myself, I know the edits that would have to be made to the model to support the inside pieces would be extensive, especially if you don't want to see the white insides of the fin pieces when you look through the transparent parts from an odd angle.
Considering that such a design would likely only help a few builders, I doubt anybody would design it that way, but you can always do some creative editing on the model when you find one .

True. Well, all we can do now is hope.
