Obi is telling a unbelievable story (maybe a fight he had with some hyenas or something like that), and Jomo is rolling his eyes, "There are things that shall never change" he thinks. And Dumi imitates Obi's pose while telling the story, because he believes every word Obi says.
Now I realize Dumi is very big compared with Obi and Jomo xD He should be smaller D:
