Description
This is a first ever attempt at rendering an animal with the computer. This is a work in progress and still has quite some time to go before completion. Any tips on rendering realistic fur (and fog) with the computer would be appreciated. I have one tutorial on rendering fur faved, but I'm one who likes alot of references from different sources. So far this has 5 layers and I've learned quite a bit through this endeavor.

This will be my Deviant ID once she is completed. This is Raksha. She's a demonic black wolf with green eyes, (that sometime will glow) from another world who can become humaniod. She's actually a solid black wolf, but in this case, it was more interesting to give her muzzle some frosting and go heavier on the highlights. Perhaps someday I'll make a bio for her, but since she was created nearly 20 years ago some of it would seem stupid to many so I'm leary of doing it. All I'll say is that she's very powerful and has many powers. She seems a bit peeved in this portrait doesn't she?
