Here it is! My entry for The Great Gensokyo Summer Fun-Fest Finale. I had called Rinnosuke for it, and now I came through on it. So, again, here it is!This was the first time I submit to The Great Gensokyo Summer Fun-Fest, which I meant to join back in the Fifth portion, but I never got around to it. So, I vowed to do the finale, but I had to do something special. I had saw the rules for the Finale portion, and they said "Draw your chosen girl in a swimsuit as if she was posing for a contest." That's when it hit me. I should do Rinnosuke instead of anyone else (My first choice for a girl was Nazrin, if anyone was curious). The rules don't even mention a guy, so I thought it would be interesting if I did one.
Man, this was a blast to draw. This is probably one of, if not, the greatest male bodies I've ever drawn... Ever. I had scoured the Web for male swim-suit ads, found a pose I liked, and proceeded from there. I also like the coloring job on this one a lot, but I'm put off by the background, since it is somewhat... Plain. Either way, one of my best drawings in a while. I'm really proud of the line art.
Also, you're probably wondering about the magazine. Well, my story behind it is that it's Hatate's gossip magazine, and she prints only the scandalous in it. So, she was able to stalk Ichirin until the latter went on a streak, so Hatate took a picture, and printed the story. Thus, NO, it is not a nudie-mag. I promise.

Thanks, Mad. I ended up winning the Finale part of the Contest with this, so that was pretty neat.
Yes, I had to make sure I got the anatomy just right. In a piece like this (A swimsuit ad), it has to be just right. It's one of the main components of it, so... Yeah.

It does feel like he is "floating" on the background if that makes any sense? The soft/blur shading of it clashes with Rinnosuke's sharper shading.
