In the centuries before the Holo Wars, the Holo Apes - the Furry Defenders of the Galaxy - used to send out deadly cyborg primates to the human colonies. They were called the “Judas Biests”. Their mission was to sabotage Humanity’s effort to expand throughout Space, towards the Forbidden Zone and its last secrets the Holo Apes wanted to protect from Humanity’s corrupting influence. Judas Biests were believed to be a myth for a long time, being held responsible for the brutal murder of hundreds of scientists, and the destruction and disappearance of dozens of Space fleets. They were real, though! Damn real, and extremely dangerous! Even for their actual masters, the Holo Apes. To prevent the Galaxy from their destructive force, Judas Biests were imprisoned in the so called “Limbo Dimension”. Where they waited for teleporation to their places of action, to unleash death and demolition among the Human Race.
