Now that Bendy was small and helpless, he was afraid Henry was gonna hurt him like Joey did. When Henry showed mercy, it made Bendy realize that he was wrong about him being a liar and a traitor, like he'd believed for all these years. Bendy could finally let go of all the sadness and pain he'd kept inside him for so long, now that he has somebody who'll help him instead of hurt him.
