You have to have this (or one of its kin). Once you have that and download the other [tracker] file, that will open automatically and download your goodies!
(If you still can't get it to work, though, let me know. I downloaded it again last night for you and made a .rar that was being uncooperative with MediaFire, but I can upload it somewhere.)
