Not sure is it canon in this universe, but Oak used to be a pretty good trainer (Agatha mentions it after the battle). I think it's amazing if prof. is a PIDGEY and kicked everyone's butts.

Oh lol I never knew this factoid, that's really neat. But nah, it's not canon here. I specifically made Oak a Pidgey because of the fact that he didn't do any fighting when he was young.

I am amused that Prof. Oak is still a Pidgey. It's cute. And Blake! Hmhm, I rather like him.
And hmm~ does this mean that Nori's mom and Kalem's dad were on the same team or something before? Or rivals?
Also, Old!Gary is cute. He really has mellowed down over the years.

I've just got here but I already like this run. Characters look really interesting from the very beginning and I love Nori's design.
