After finding out that his niece was diagnosed with a deadly brain tumor, Haruno Mizaki joined the Rider battle. But the events that played out before him were not your normal Rider Battle. Ryuga, the dark counterpart to Ryuki, had managed to jump worlds and obtain a Blay Buckle, Garren's to be specifc. He went on a rampage and sealed the other Riders in Rouze Cards, nearly claiming victory. Within this odd power vacuum the Joker Undead, in the disguise of Hajime, appeared in the world in an attempt to reclaim the Garren Blay Buckle. Sadly he nearly defeated. Interestingly enough. he wasn't alone. The Albino Joker had tagged along, waiting for his opportunity to strike. While Joker was down, Haruno stepped in in order to strike a contract with him.
Unfortunately the timing couldn't have been more awkward. Albino took this moment to strike, only to get caught in the instance that Joker and Haruno struck their deal. Whilst Joker and Albino struggled, the contract card activated, binding them both. And in that instant, Kamen Rider Jester was born.
Harnessing the power of both Jokers, Haruno is now quite the formidable opponent. But the question is is he strong enough to take on all the foes that face him? Are the Jokers involved truly going to let him use their powers without some kind of dire cost? Only time will tell.

Shield Vent - Joker/Albino Upper Torso detaches and becomes a shield. (Can choose to only summon both or one at a time)

Sword Vent - Summons the Joker Dagger

Strike Vent - The arm claws from both Jokers become Claws for KR Jester

Scythe Vent - Summons the Joker Albino Scythe

Swing Vent - Summons either Joker's or Albino Joker's antennae as whips.

Arms Vent - Summons the Joker arms to float around the body to act as four extra arms to help wield extra weapons (Can only float within 1 meter from the body)

Final Vent
- Joker appears behind the target and attacks using the dagger with enough force to throw the target a few meters away towards the Albino Joker who then swings his Scythe in an upward slash throwing the target mid-air where Kamen Rider Jester goes in for a Rider Kick going down to smash the target.
