Adorable expression and pose, I especially like your treatment of her ears.
One or two small suggestions; You have a very nice touch with your shading in some areas while in others it feels rushed. I used to have the exact problem (still do, If I'm honest) but I force myself to slow down, if I can't slow down or get frustrated, I'll walk away from it for a while.
The other is I would watch my work surface... small, otherwise unnoticeable marks and indentations in a desk or a table will show up every time under the lightest pencil pressure. Unless I'm just sketching, I try to keep a pane of tempered glass under my paper.
Overall, great work, keep it up! I see loads of talent and potential in your gallery!

About the shading I sort of blame the scanner a little becaus it makes the picture abit bright so some of the lighter stuff tend to be hard to see or disapear. So I try to darken the pictuer abit in the computer after i have it scanned, but i cant draken it to much becaus then it will only look bad. But again thank you for shearing your thoughts, constuctive feedback is allways good.
