Description if i gave you my hand, would you take it and make me the happiest man in the world?

if i told you my heart couldn't beat one more minute without you girl...

would you accomany me to the edge of the sea, help tie up the ends of a dream?

i love you so...would you go with me?

haaaaa...Josh Turner has a hooooot voice. x333 (and I'm totally in love with this song because I'm a romance-loving sap who more or less cried upon just seeing the music video. KAY.)

'Newaaaays...it's my characters Sky and Gabrielle ( [link] ). Being sappy. In an odd style. WOO.

She looks odd...kind of stiff here. And her body type is a bit..."fuller" as well (I'm pretty sure I hadn't decided on how I wanted her to be built at the time of drawing this, though). But...I'm more or less happy with Sky.

I love drawing and thinking about these two, though. x3

Josh Turner has an awesome voice.

I'm not much for country, but I love the song "Long Black Train"

YES. He does. If I was a guy, I'd like my voice to sound like that. xDD

I've only heard "Long Black Train" a few times, but it's a wonderfully done song. I like it. o3o

I AM a guy, and I want my voice to sound like that. I'm so sick and tired of the voice I have.

Have you seen the music video?

Gaaaah. I hate my voice too xD (it's too low and I don't have an accent. Ha ha.). We should just go attack him and steal his voice box. ...>>;; ...Or not.

No I haven't. D: Is it very good? (I really liked the "Would You Go With Me" video, so if it's anywhere near that, I'll probably love it xD).

Mines too high. People who don't know me ask me if I have laryngitis. Drives me insane. And trust me, there's absolutley nothing wrong with no accent.

The video is pretty cool. To run it down, most of it is him walking down a track while singing, with some shots of the actual black train. A beautiful old steam engine. There's some other bits too, like a pregnant woman wondering what to do, and old alchoholic, general symbolism stuff.

Geez, that stinks. D: I'm always afraid that I sound like a guy because of my deeper voice, but no one's ever told me that. xDD And, yeah...I guess so. But, the problem with no accent is that I want one and don't have one. LOL. (I think the idea is more that I'd like to be foreign...or something. Or that I grew up watching British comedies. Heh.)

Sounds interesting. I love the look of old trains--and that time period in general. I'll have to try to watch that when I get the chance, then. I haven't heard the song in a while, so that'd be good, anyway.

I've never heard your voice before, but I highly doubt you have so little estrogen in your system you sound like a guy. I'm sure it's fine. I rather like faking accents than having one. Unfortunetly, I can fake inbred redneck waaaay too easily for my comfort. Min'es not really that strong during normal speech, but still.
(I think the only one I ever watch anymore is Top Gear. Yeah, it's a car show, but it has plenty of comedic moments.)

Yeah, do watch it, it's a great video.

Ha ha...You're probably right. Thanks. I did have a slight cold, though, which worsened the deepness for a little bit. Haa. Faking accents is fun if you can do it, but the only one I can do without much difficulty at all is, of course, the redneck one as well. DD: My normal speech lacks any accent whatsoever. Seriously. It's just...there. I don't even pronounce words funny. o___o;; Which, in the long run, is probably a good thing. LOL.
(Never heard of Top Gear xD My parents were the ones who loved John Cleese and Monty Python and stuff like Black Adder and Red Dwarf...so it's kind of stuck. LOL.)

I shall.

Almost anyone can make themselves sound inbred.
Now you have me interested in yearing your voice now...

Ask your parents about Top Gear, then. While it is primarily a show about cars, they do pepper it with interesting bits, and curretly have an interesting part going they call "Celebrity in a Reasonably Priced Car" Which basically means they have a famous person hop in a Chevy hoopty car and run a hot lap around a track made from a local airstrip. They even had a famous Jedu Knight do one, and Gandalf did a lap...

ramhay In reply to RageTH [2008-02-06 21:40:24 +0000 UTC]

Ha ha. Probably.
Really? Same here, a bit. LOL.

I need to. For some reason, based on that description, it sounds really familiar. I might have caught it one night in the middle and watched a bit without knowing what it was. xD Seeing that "Jedi" or "Gandalf" do a lap in a car would be rather interesting, I think. LOL.

RageTH In reply to ramhay [2008-02-07 00:44:52 +0000 UTC]

(Holy crap I can't type!)

shall we swap numbers, then?

I sent you a note with the lap times board with all the famous people on them. More or les all brit celebrities of some type, but a few I have seen in movies in America. And it's the actors behind the characters, but still amusing to see the old fart who played Gandalf rip around a race track in an econobox.

Ah...Well, unfortunately, that goes into the area of information that I don't feel comfortable giving out on the internet. I don't mean any offense, because it would be cool, but my parents would also kill me. LOL. Sorry.

Yeah, I got that. I actually recognized a lot of them. xDD But, you know, it was all the basic ones, like Simon and Obi Wan. Ha ha. Seeing Ian McKellen (Gandalf) on a race track in the first place would probably crack me up--mainly due to the fact that I wouldn't be able to quit thinking that "Gandalf is in a car!" o___o I seriously need to see if this show comes on our PBS. Probably not, though. DD:

Heh heh, no problem, I understand. I didn't think I'd be that lucky anyway.

It is pretty amusing to watch. Want me to try and see if I can find some of the scenes on Youtube?

Sure! Seeing as how they have like...everything on YouTube, you might be able to find something xD LOL. In the meantime, I'll keep checking PBS to see if it happens to come on.

My ex used to sing that song to me, I don't like country all that much but he was good at singing it. Needless to say, I was pretty shocked to see someone else knew about it.

You piqued my curiousity and I had to watch the music video myself, and I actually did cry! It's so sweet, and it really really makes me miss my current boyfriend. And you're right, Josh Turner does have a hot voice.

Nice to know I'm not the only hopeless sap around here!

Really? What a coincidence xDD I first heard the song on the music video, and now I sometimes hear it on the radio.

Awww. ;___; It's a sweet song. (It makes me wish I had a boyfriend. LOL.) And, YES. I loooove Josh Turner's voice. x33

OH, I'm definately hopeless. Ha ha. But, now there's two of us.

It's a really sweet, but I've never heard it on the radio (I don't listen to the country channels :/).

But it's always nice to know there's more hopeless romantics out there Don't worry, i'm sure someone will find you soon. Remember, fairy tales do come true sometimes... I'm living proof.

Aww~ That's seriously adorable. I'm not too worried, though. I've still got my whole life ahead of me. Ha ha xD

I'm actually...a pretty big country fan *just realizing it*. Possibly because I'm such a sappy romantist (my favorites are the happy, cute love songs. LOL). xDD Buuut...as I said, I basically listen to anything. (mainly oldies and classic rock right now, though.)
