Si está dando buenos resultados, falta ver su durabilidad y conservación. Voy a ver a los de restauración en el exconvento de Churubusco a ver que me pueden decir.
Estudié mucho a los anatomistas Albinus y Andrea Vesalio (unos 4 años) y ahora llevo ya 2 años estudiando a Miguel Angel.
Que esto es muy lento pero ahí va!!

Rubbing away the paint with something like a rag or a cloth to create the lights; or anything that can take the paint away I guess; it's like subtractive painting, where you take away to create form instead of adding lights to create form
I think I've done maybe 1 painting like this in my whole life lol

Oh I get it. No its not sustracting but adding the lights. There's a dark backround that I achieve by soaking the paper with ink. Then I just concentrate on placing the light spots before the ink dries up. It has to be done quickly and its better if you don't touch it too much. Its kinda working with frescoe technique. This particular piece was done with a life model and it took me about 35 minutes
