While it's up to the viewer to decide, I did reference the Philippines skeleton for the bones, so it's the most likely option.

Yes, they are eyeless and use echolocation/electrolocation instead.

You don't really get a sense of the scale between young and the adult before you see them like this.

It's not accurate, though. The young should be bigger than that.
