*Nag* The World from Overlord is merely a single region. We don't know what exactly the rest of the world looks like, excluding what we've seen in the games, and even then, it was fairly vague. As for different franchises, Overlord was inspired mostly off of Tolkien and Dungeons & Dragons. But, I'd rather not argue this point, because I think that it would be futile to argue the point that the possibility of Lord of the Rings lore being placed millennia before the events of Overlord. Let's just agree to disagree and be done with it.

It is a single region (or rather an assortment of regions) of a larger world, with more being featured in possible future instalments, which will be original material in the same sense as which is already seen, because legal issues generally prevent people from just snatching material. Of course, nothing says against doing crossovers in fanwork, but this particular picture is not a crossover, just regular Overlord fanart.

About as I understand! I too can work as weeks and months. It terribly exhausts. It would be desirable to finish already work, but something does not allow. You force itself to show patience. But the result of that costs.))

I love the area where the minions are going down the hill to the right. And the way you've painted the weapons is awesome.
You're very good with recognising texture and details, I think you just need to work on shading a little, each minion, the man, objects, look a little like they're cut out, flat. Not exactly merging into the same scene.
The spear head above the green minion works really well; You can see the distance between the blade and the background. Looks impressive
