Description
Murkrabs are aquatic tentaculopods that inhabit the large, muddy streams on both the Northern and the Western Continent and are very numerous in species. They orient themselves mostly by smell and touch, having practically useless eyes. The main sensory organs are the first and second olfactory tentacle pair, which are both enlarged and very mobile. Their external skin is unusually thick and connects the bony tail spades into a single fin. Murkrabs are generally bottom dwellers and often nocturnal. They feed on anything edible they can collect or catch, some of them specialising on detritus.River cigar: A member of a specialized group which reduced their tentacles and use electricity for orientation. The species which can produce only weak currents have a more conservative shape while those able to produce stronger currents, which is used to stun prey, are elongated and possess a thicker hind body to house the large electrical organs.
Whiskerpike: A carnivorous species that spends more time at the surface, attacking anything small enough that comes close. The first pair of tentacles is rather stiff, only moveable at the base and gets stretched out to the front while waiting for something edible to pass by.

Yes, I'm trying to improve my descriptions. There needs a revision of them to be done, since some parts don't add up.
