Join: (No, you don't have to join the group in order to adopt, it's just publicity)
You can: *Change sex
*Put a name
*Write a story
*Use it as your character or use it on comics or whatever you want
*Add accesories (not a bounch please >=U)
*Add wings and that stuff
*Gift the character to someone else
You can't:*Change the design
*Add unnatural colors
*Resell the design
*Claim the design as your own (you can say the character is (C) to you but if somebody asks, you must say i made the design)

I feel the need to point out by selling these you are giving the other person ownership, so they can do what they want with it .-.

These are my rules, if you don't like them then just dont but my designs and that's all.
I allow twaking my designs but for example if i sell a white dog, i dont want it to become a black dog.

just , when a dog in there is adopted , what do we do ? redraw this , copy the image and take the adopted one ... ? well ... I don't really know the principe of the adoptables :3

Well, if you buy the design then that makes it yours, it's like any other character of yours and you can draw it or do whatever you want with it (except resell, but that depends of the seller, i personally allow reselling my designs in very rare ocassions).
There is also free adoptables, that are free, you jusy have to dollow the designer's indications and then the char is yours, there are many types of adoptables and many ways to get them, i find adoptables addictive! So i decided to make my own instead of buying because i wouldnt be able to draw them all >w<
But once you start and get into them it's hard to stop xD

You can earn them by selling your own adopts, in my favorites you'll find linearts that can be used for point adoptables, but be sure to check the rules of these lines in case you have any doubths
