Don't judge my hair, my eyes, my mouth, my nose, my hands, my legs, or anything, because God made me this way & In his eyes I'm beautiful.Just another self portrait i was trying out some now shots. I like this picture but feel like its not my best.

any picture you take of yourself is a work of art. anybody that judges you should look into themselves before casting their judgments outward. your physical beauty is unmatched but your spirit is also beautiful and thats why you are so special. we are privledged to be able to experience your artwork and the pics that demonstrate how wondrous your beauty is.

I can tell you now, as someone who was picked on and judged by some because of the color of my skin, I don't judge others. I believe that people should get to know others before jumping to conclusions and automatically judging them for things that have not yet been done or things that a person perceives others will do.

you most certainly do judge people. all you've said is that you don't do it hastily.

No, I don't judge people. I don't look at a person and say, "Oh, that person fat because he/she is lazy." Or, "That person is black, he/she must be on welfare." Or, that person is white, he/she must be a racist. What I mean by getting to know someone is hang with them, understand them. If they have racist ways, try to help them understand that not everyone in the race that they hate is out doing bad things. If they are fat, it may not be because they are lazy, they may have a glandular condition and can't control their weight. Those are just some examples of what I mean when I say get to know someone. If you do that and still find that you and a person can't find common ground on which to be friends, then part under civil circumstances. You never know who it will be that saves your life at some time in the future.

I'm not terribly interested in debating this with you, much less trying to convince you of what you already know.
But again, just because you don't rush to judgement, doesn't mean you do not judge. Further, just because you seem to be stuck with the notion of judgement having a negative connotation, doesn't make it so. If you had know sense of judgement, you wouldn't be able to function in society, nature, life...

And what, pray tell, would be a positive connotation to judgement? The form of judgement we have been talking about is of a negative nature. Which is why I was using those as an example. Since judging people is a learned trait, it can be unlearned as well. I have learned not to judge, but to base things on what they truly are. Example, I do not deem all pit bull dogs dangerous just because some of them have a bad rep. One of my friends has a pit bull and it is the friendliest dog you will ever see. Just because there are some who can live outside your way of thinking in terms of viewing the world don't make them wrong. Just agree to disagree and part ways on a civil level.

Feel free to part, but again, all that your reply has said, is that you aren't prejudiced. Congratulations. Neither am I. But that doesn't mean that judgements aren't made in time. Every example you have provided contains judgement. How did you come to decide the pitbull was good ? Answer the question to yourself, and perhaps you'll get it. How do you determine what something "truly is"...get it ? You aren't saying you don't judge. You are saying you don't pre judge.

I determined my friends pitbull was good thru observation and analysis. It is thru that method that you can come to the conclusion about the animal. It is not the same as making a judgement call to say that, "I know that the dog is friendly because it is my friends." It also gives the reason that thru the same method, that I probably would not come to the same conclusion about someone else's pitbull. You determine what something "truly is" thru observation and analysis and coming to conclusions. Not thru judgements.
Let's take a look at the young lady in the picture. Thru observation and analysis of the evidence in front of us, would you not say that she's a beautiful young lady? Now, what if you got to know her and found that she has a nasty attitude or bad habits or something in the way she talked or dressed that you didn't like. Is it judging her if you don't want to hang out with her after you found out what was really underneath the exterior or is it thru simple observation and analysis that brought you to the conclusion that it's the things she says/does that you didn't like that made you want to not hang with her? The opposite could be applied to come to the conclusion that by finding out how she is could make you want to hang with her even more.
Life isn't always about judgement. Not everyone comes to conclusions thru judgement. Does that mean that thru observation and analysis you will always get the correct conclusion? No. We are only human and are prone to being tricked by others. Or if the person you are trying to get to know is withholding information from you. You can only conclude what you observe and analysis. Does this make it a judgement? No.

anyhow, at this point, this is just laughable, and I'm moving along...but judge and analyze are synonyms (mean the same thing). you don't have to take my word for it (which you seem incapable of), read a thesaurus or dictionary.

But thier has been people who have judged me for who i am. Some can't see my beauty or the hate me because i am beautiful it sucks but hey i'm me and i love who i am no matter what. Thank you for the comment.

All that truly matters in the end is how you feel about yourself. Why people would judge you for being who you are is just a way of showing that you have something about you that they either envy or afraid of. Let your light shine brighter than those around you and continue to be you. No one else will do that for you.
