wow...i think this is one of my favorite deviations you ever made. I mean. what's not to like about a samurai with a cooll sword? I really like it, and all that time you put to it was worth it ^^

I was just browsing through some people I watch, and for some reason I missed this piece when you posted it... so many weeks ago... XD
At any rate, I like it. For some reason or another I find the color scheme rather appealing. Don't know exactly why, but I do. I also like the symbols on the sword, especially that one on the blade. As for the pose, I agree that the legs do seem a little awkward, but but its not the end of the world. As they say, practice makes perfect.

Hey, I think I might be able to get to a scanner sometimes...i did like three pretty good picture like 11 mins ago...lol...anyhow, this isn't too bad and yea your right about the legs being capible of improvement, still good, like the sword...reminds me of cloud...

Believe it or not (i think you will easily belive it) I copied the shape/idea/design of Cloud's buster sword right out of the Strategy Guide. I didn't know how a great sword was supposed to look.
