Description
a more recent painting...You see a diver who discovered a mysterious egg, deep under the sea... Half shocked and half obsessed with his discovery,
he mo longer cares what is happening.
is it fear or madness in his eyes? or both?

Β Hey, maybe I should have asked. But I tattooed a modified version of your picture on my arm. That's how much I liked it.Β
Removed egg and replaced with a cthulu statyette. Otherwise it's pretty much intact!
Cheers!

So, I found this in another journal as a feature and since I am playing Bioshock currently, this immediately drew my attention. Not that this has anything to do with the game, but for whatever reason I was really drawn to this.
I love the use of the old style diving suit and his expression (even though it is somewhat concealed) as he witnesses something amazing.
It just brings back all those good feelings from watching old reruns of Jacques Cousteau, but also reminds me of some movies about underwater terror (like Deep Blue Sea, Abyss, Sphere, etc.). So in short, I love it.
