a more recent painting...You see a diver who discovered a mysterious egg, deep under the sea... Half shocked and half obsessed with his discovery,
he mo longer cares what is happening.
is it fear or madness in his eyes? or both?

some info on the WIP
i made a helmet base in 3DS max, then painted on top in Photoshop, the texture work, lighting and details is painted in PS, Face is painted too.
Work time was about 4 days, dont remember how many H.
3D base saved time tho.

I would like to see the wire, dont believe that there is much painted. good rendering yes but i wanan see how much from what. the artistic part is nice but i wanna see the technical as well.

Jesus, how did you do this in four days? It'd take me weeks, assuming I didn't give up first. The detail is fantastic, I actually looked for a spot you might have gotten lazy on (no offense, I had to). And I found none, which is truly brilliant. And his expression? How the heck did you do that with only the eyes and a small area of the face to work with??
