I still might work on the image some more sometimes...
As you have noticed, his arms are rather bulky, this is how i picture him. IMO someone who barely uses his legs, swings around like a monkey needs strong arm, makes him look a bit mature too...
The pants are very high, those are suit pants. Originally he also had a bow tie around his neck but that made him look like a wuss...
I will have to come up with something else

Awesome work! I agree with you, Pete will be not super bulky but he will be extremely trim and athletic due to the amount of climbing and swinging. The only reason he will not get "big" is due to all of that moving around, so his metabolism will be at a super fast pace all of the time. Anyway great pic!

Have you seen the guys that do speed climbing and stuff? they have small really sinewy arms with really highly defined muscle..muscle like you have here is for guys that get big cos they think their penis isn't big enough....

That's a good point about his arms. Always saw him as rather skinny all the way through myself, but what you say makes a lot of sense. Also, bloody awesome piece. That slightly "man, where did I put my 3D glasses..."-effect is delicious.

hey i have a quesiton about your work. I notice that there is alsways green and purple around unimportant objects of the pieces you do....what are they for? Its almost as if they are meant to be seen in 3D

awesome. I like the shadows cast by the venom goo, and the more defined musculature. I think maybe the left arm (closest one) could use a bit more definition, but that's just nitpicking.
