I made it with gimp. Short tutorial: You have to save a stamp template on your computer. You then have to open the stamp. You have to copy the picture you want to use for the stamp, then you'll paste it. You then have to shrink it, so that it fits into the stamp. You then export the picture, then you'll save it.
