Description
I took this while taking the dog for a walk down by the river...It's the second film I've used in my SLR, and out of the 2 films, this is probably my favourite photo... There's one of the sky, but they're terribly clichΓ©, and sometimes I feel as though there's not really an 'artistic take' on them sometimes... You just look up and "Wow, I have to photo that" - with this, granted it was a "Neat! I shall photo that", but I felt as though I was being involved more with the angles.
Also, muchos credits to the sun this day, for the beautiful lighting - it really gives the picture that 'Zing'... Perhaps I should go down on some dodgy rainy day, and see if I can get it to work then, too
Oh, by the way, the '33' plaque on the fence is for fishing competitions... I'm not exactly sure how they work, but I /think/ that each person gets so many minutes at every position along the river, and the person who catches the most/biggest fish wins... Maybe
But yeah, that's what it is

This picture is nice. But I wish the 33 was sharper as well. It should be the focal point, but the crisp clear barbed wire stands out instead. But that's the fault of the dodgy paint as you said, not you. But still, neat subject.

did you mess with it in photoshop, at all (other then the borders i mean)
i wish 33 was more sharp, because it's the wire that is getting the sharpness.
wish to comment more, but my eyes.

The 33 is kinda blurry due to the dodgy painting on it... they dig a little channel then fill it in with paint... I guess the surroundings being white doesn't help either.
I didn't fiddle with it in photoshop any more, either... I could probably make the 33 a bit clearer, but I think I'll leave it how it is for now.
