As you can see, the outfit he has now is similar to his adult one, showing he kept his personal tastes mixed in with the Saiyan military armor he wears.

I think it's just the hair for Yamcha, and even then not so much. Yamcha's hair was thicker and poofier.
As for Broly, I think it's just the eyes. But dark underlines below the eyes are usually normal in pissed off people.
