Description This is my part of an art trade with ! This is her character Neon from Project L.I.D. [link]

I took some liberties in design, but over all I am pleased with how it turned out. It took me a couple of hours (It's kind of large in my sketch book) and I used Premier art pens and prisiam colored penciles.
